The Lodge is nestled amongst mature trees in the grounds of West Down Estate,and surrounded by nature enjoying easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Its easy to forget that you are only 5 minutes away from the historic town of South Molton, scenic Exmoor and 30 minutes from the wild rugged cliffs and wide sandy bays of the North Devon coast. After a days exploring sit in the hot tub listening to the birds and lookout for the deer that roam through the grounds.

the kitchen is on the left on the right is a corner sofa which can be made into a bed there is a table with stools in the corner, go through the sliding door into the bedroom and to the left is the ensuite

On approaching Robins nest lodge there are 4 steps upto the lodge through the gate you will arrive on the decking which has a corner jacuzzi bath rocking chairs and a blanket box with blankets for the chiller evening sitting outside enjoying the surroundings
Walking into the lodge on the right is the kitchen table and chairs in the centre of the lodge is a 3 seater sofa that can be made into a sofa bed sleeping 2 more guest through the sliding door to the left of the fire is the king size bedroom with the ensuite to the left of the bedroom
