M5 25 minutes. South Molton 2.6 miles away is local market town (markets Thursdays and Saturdays) with Lloyds Bank with cashpoint, Sainsburys and other shops. Barnstaple 13 miles, Tiverton 17 miles.

The London Inn at Molland 15 minute drive, (with an excellent menu). South Molton has a Fish & Chip shop, 2 Chinese takeaways, Indian takeaway and Freds charcoal grill which will deliver.
