Our luxury Lodge is situated in the grounds of West Down estate with it's own private hot tub and is fully equipped with everything you will need for your break

The Lodge is on the edge of an old redundant horse gallop and red deer are often seen walking along the gallop and in the woods, dippers and kingfishers are often seen in the river yeo and at night listening to the owls calling and in the morning be woken by the dawn chorus from the many birds attracted to our woods (a twitters paradise)

Shepherd's Hut

The Shepherd Hut is located on the edge of Exmoors National Park and within walking distance 3/4 mile of the local village North Molton with its award-winning pub and community shop

The shepherd hut is fully furnished and equipped and located in its own private location with views of the breathtaking North Devon countryside

West Down Country House is a delightful Arts and Craft styled house dating from the early 20th century.
Situated at the top of a private wooded drive, the house is secluded whilst within easy reach of the market town of South Molton. Picturesque Exmoor along with its many footpaths, outdoor activities and breathtaking views is only 4 miles away,
and the rugged North Devon coast only 30 minutes.
